“Hotel dentro del complejo de Efteling con entrada exclusiva, aspecto ha destacar ya que si no se dispone de vehículo cualquier servicio por la zona queda bastante lejos. Habitación y baño amplios, limpieza diaria y desayuno muy completo. Recomiendo reservar la cena en el hotel ya que el parque cierra bastante pronto. En general un hotel de mucha categoría y el parque una auténtica fantasía, sobre todo en temporada de Navidad.”

“Der Aufenthalt war fabelhaft. Unser Bungalow für 4 Personen war super modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Hund durfte auch mit rein, was will man mehr. Unterm Strich: Super Lage, sehr sehr sauber, Hunde- und Kinderfreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!”

“Unterkunft entsprach nicht der gebuchten Variante. Wir hatten uns für eine Variante mit Hochstühlen & schwarzer Küche ausgesucht. Ist zwar nur das Interieur, aber genauso haben wir gebucht. Bekommen haben wir einen normalen Esstisch mit Stühlen & weiße Küche. Auch die Sessel waren nicht wie angepriesen. “Lovely setting and place to stay.But. We needed to change our booking by extending it. I sent a message through the VRBO app to the host and didn't get a reply. To cut a long story short I sent several messages over several days until I had to speak with someone at VRBO as the actual park wouldn't help. Very long winded and time consuming.The place was nice but only clean on the surface. The floors hadn't been cleaned, bits everywhere. The rug was full of sand. The bathroom floor was very dusty....
